Invisible to Undeniable: Breaking the Cycle of Shrinkage

In this deeply personal chapter, I share my journey of healing,  overcoming self-doubt, reclaiming my voice, and breaking free from the patterns of shrinkage that so often keep women from fully stepping into the woman God created them to be.

As the author of Unapologetic and founder of the Shrink-Free Movement, I have dedicated my work to helping women of color recognize their worth, embrace their God-given gifts, and lead with confidence. This chapter expands on that mission by exploring what happens when we stop minimizing ourselves and start showing up fully, boldly, and authentically.

Through personal reflection, practical insights, and hard-earned lessons, Invisible to Undeniable is an invitation for women to move beyond invisibility and into the fullness of who they were created to be.​
